The target of the Housing Group is to help out the Erasmus or International students who are about to come to Ferrara (and need to find a room) or those who want to leave their announcements cause the departure is approaching, and need to find someone else to replace them!

P.S: Actually, as every year, we know that many of you guys will be staying in Ferrara only for the fall semester, but NO WORRIES, cause there is a solution: the best thing, what we actually advice you all, is to sign up a contract for 1 year, but first (IMPORTANT❗), talk to the owner if he/she gonna accept someone else to replace you at the end of your stay. If so, we will help you out to find someone else!
So don't worry if you're asked to sign up a contract for 1 year, cause usually it works this way, but it's really important that you guys talk to the landlord as soon as possible, in order to deal everything with him.
