Erasmuuuuuus....siete pronti per il primo evento nazionale dell'anno ???
Dal 17 al 19 Novembre 2017 a Roma avrà luogo l’ICE (Incontro Culturale Erasmus), un week-end all’insegna della cultura e del divertimento.
Saranno 3 giorni fantastici,dove di giorno potrete visitare la città più bella e famosa d'Italia e del mondo (Colosseo, Piazza di Spagna, Pantheon, Fori Romani, Fori Imperiali e molto altro) e di notte potrete partecipare alle fantastiche feste targate ESN con gli erasmus di tutta Italia.
Ci saranno più di 3000 Erasmus provenienti da qualsiasi parte d’Italia, quindi, che aspettate???

La FEE del viaggio è 170€ e comprende :
- Viaggio di andata e ritorno;
- Welcome pack e gadget;
- Due notti in hotel con colazione;
- BOTELLON
- Due feste a tema targate Esn;
- Una cena tipica;
- City tour con guida;
- Possibilità di visitare i musei vaticani (9 euro)
- Assicurazione viaggio
- TANTO MA TANTO DIVERTIMENTO CON ESN!!!!
LA FEE NON COMPRENDE 30€ DI CAUZIONE, che vi verranno restituiti a fine viaggio se non ci saranno stati danni!
I PAGAMENTI VERRANNO EFFETTUATI IN DUE TRANCHES:
- PRIMA TRANCHE ENTRO VENERDI 13 OTTOBRE: 100€ (se non pagate daremo il posto
agli erasmus in waiting list).
- SECONDA TRANCHE CON IL RESTANTE DEI SOLDI ENTRO MERCOLEDI 25 OTTOBRE: 70€

e verrà aperto stasera, lunedi 2 ottobre, alle ore 21.00! Se non compilate il form non siete iscritti e non potrete quindi pagare!!
ATTENZIONE: Dopo venerdi 13 ottobre non sarà possibile ritirarsi e ottenere la restituzione della quota ( a meno che non si trovi un sostituto)

From 17 to 19 November 2017 ICE (Erasmus Cultural Meeting) will take place in Rome. A
weekend of fun and culture.
Join us for 3 awesome days, during daytime you'll be able to visit the most famous and beautiful city of Italy (Colosseo, Piazza di Spagna, Pantheon, Fori Romani, Fori Imperiali and much more), while at night you could participate to our craziest parties targed ESN with all the other Eramsus coming from all around Italy.
There will be more than 3000 erasmus coming from every other ESN sections of Italy, what are you waiting for???

PAYMENTS WILL OCCUR IN TWO TRANCHES:
- FIRST ROUND: WITHIN FRIDAY 13 of OCTOBER 100€ (if you don't pay we'll give your place to the member of the waiting list)
- SECOND ROUND: WITHIN WEDNESDAY 25 of OCTOBER: 70€
The number of participants is limited, we'll queue you using the registration time.

ATTENTION: After friday, 13th of October it won't be possible to withdraw and get the money back (except for finding a substitute)
